Video First Marketing
I pay for a professional video to be produced for every home I list for sale. My videos highlight your home’s best features, your lot, your neighborhood, and your surrounding area including shopping, entertainment, transportation, and highway access.
Videos convey emotion which attracts more views and converts to more sales. I also pay for the professional photography and video to help your home standout from all of the others.
When it comes to buying your next home, speed is key. If you are not available to see a home on day 1 or day 2 of it being listed for sale, then I will go to the home and call you on FaceTime or I will record a video, upload it to YouTube and send you a link to the video so you have a chance to buy it!

I was born and raised in Bolingbrook. After graduating from ISU in 2005, I lived in Naperville, Aurora, and Oswego. I feel blessed to have help my clients buy and sell 300+ homes in the Suburbs of Chicago.
I’ve helped my clients buy and sell homes as far South as Manhattan and Morris and as far North as Arlington Heights and Huntley. I do a great deal of business in Naperville, Downers Grove, St. Charles, Geneva, Aurora, Oswego, Yorkville, Plainfield, Shorewood, Lockport, Lemont.
